3.2. After placing the order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail. by post

4. Price of goods and terms of payment

4.1. All prices include VAT.

4.2. The buyer can choose the following payment method:

– Paysera

4.3. The order starts to be executed only after receiving the payment.

5. Provision of services

5.1. Services are provided at the address specified by the Buyer.

5.2. The term and price of services are indicated at the time of ordering.

6. Denial of Services

6.1. The buyer can refuse the service within 14 days from the day of placing the order and payment.

6.2. Cancellation of service must be submitted by e-mail. by mail info@alpinus.lt.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer’s losses arising from the Buyer’s failure to comply with these rules.

8. Protection of personal data

8.1. The buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the Seller’s privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

9.1. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
